Arapaje Moves His Arsonists In Over 200 Buses For PDP South West Congress | GOVERNMEND
The former Oyo State Deputy Governor, Chief Taofeek Arapaja is credited with the mass movement of thugs and arsonists to Osogbo, the capital city of Osun State, where the PDP South West Congress is to hold today.
A former aide to the then Governor of Oyo State and one of the current PDP chieftains, Prince Diran Odeyemi had this to say about the show of shame:
“Over 200 buses with Arapaja poster, loaded with thugs and ammunition from Ibadan has taken over WOCDIF Venue of tomorrow’s election.
They all had the poster of Arapaja, put on a black vest and had cotton material tied round their waste as symbol.
Intimidation is the game, harassment is method and style of a loser.
I very much doubt if the election will not be postponed.”
Our correspondent who was an eye-witness reported that it was a pure demonstration of violence, as the whole Osogbo was thrown into the fear of the evident violence
