Kogi Governor, Ododo Says Insiders Switched Off All CCTV Cameras During Abduction Of University Students
Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo has labeled the abduction of Confluence University students as internal sabotage. During his campus visit to assess security after the incident, he mentioned preliminary investigations found CCTV cameras were switched off during the attack. Despite this, he pledged to ensure the safe return of the abducted students, activating necessary measures. Ododo promised to enhance security on campus and bring the students back safely, vowing to hold perpetrators accountable. He praised security forces for their response and assured ongoing efforts for the students’ rescue while urging calm among parents and students.
